    Swindon v AFC Wimbledon

What do you think Gaz ?

The Robins sitting just above the trap door which to me looks odd, AFC Wimbledon in a play off place but much more interesting to me they are some 9 points ahead of the pretend Wimbledon team MK Dons which cheers me up no end, MK being just below Swindon.

I wrote a long reply to this alto and lost it :-/

But you had me checking our fixture life lol as I was sure we were playing EEB's lot tomorrow. I expect a disrespectful result their way. They have ex Town players Timlin; Ranger; Cox who all could rub salt in our wounds.

I love the fact that AFC Dons have a better chance, currently, of going up, where as MKD have a better chance of going down. I'd love both to come to fruition too.

I went to MKD and they have a superb stadium, padded seats too. We were singing "WIMBLEDON; WIMBLEDON; WIMBLEDON;......."
Then we started nudging eachother to be quiet so we could hear what they were singing. I nearly vomited when I realised they were the same .... ffs :-/ We lost that day too :-/

As Acido said the season can be turned around but we have a mess in who is managing the squad with the meglomaniac Lee Power; Tim Sherwood and head coach Luke Williams. I can't wait for the day when their all in the dugout giving it large in different directions. We are a joke; joke ground; joke investment; joke tactics beacause we haven't the ability to achieve the playing it out aims .... I could go on and on but I will say that we do have a few top rate L1 players who can perform very well at times. Delfouneso is worth his weight with his work rate but was on the bench saturday and v Eastleigh.

I can hope we will turn it round but I did say before the season started that I think we will go down, I have never predicted that before the season started ever. It just shows the attitude I have towards the club currently. I am not alone either. Fans are calling for Power to move on. Power is linked to another investment club in Ireland - Waterford Utd.

Oxford are getting their 4th stand soon and are doing better than us.

Their is something very wrong and to add Sherwood to the mix is just heading for confusion for the players along with Power putting his twopenneth worth in.

Bit of a smack in the teeth for you tonight with Fletcher on the score sheet :-/

We can look forward to many more smacks in the teeth if we play the way we did tonight.

From an outsiders view and your input Gaz it does seem a mess at your place, also having a so called big name Charlie in Sherwood probably bleeding the Club with a hefty wage cannot be good.

I did see the highlights of you v Baggies and was shocked at the gaffs in defense. At least it was a one off bad night.

Tomothy is said to be not exploiting the club as he is good ol mates with Lee Power. Sherwood has been at many games of ours since since Lee Power has been there.

Luke Williams is a very highly rated coach by other players but it is said the chairman picked the team and dictated how we play. Under Sherwood we are playing with a little more drive and forward play. But even I could of gone into the County Ground and told Luke / Lee what we should be doing.

Decisions made at our club tactically baffles me.

We are under the cosh at Saarfend at present and 1-0 down

This confirms that I am cracking up, I used to think Sky was useless with general news and especially fixtures.

Been using the BBC (Another tin pot company) for a while now, I could have sworn I see Swindon v AFC for this Wednesday, I even looked at the league table and went back to the fixtures to see who those around you were playing.

I know I'm getting old and I do tend to make a lot of mistakes in general in everyday life, but I'm sure I read it right.

Not a bad result last night with a 73rd minute leveller from Obika, I have got that correct haven't I

Ahhh lol you did have me confused in the OP Alto but I thought you were referring to the standing of The Dons in comparison to us at present and therefore responded to it like wise

Obika back from injury yes Alto good result and seemed like our ex trio were out to do us too but we survived

    Always next week Alfie

Seems EEB's lot think they should have beat the likes of us and of course they should've done but we had Vigs in form in goal

Good to get a point when we didn't deserve it off of the EEB's lol

A couple of good goals tho -

Cheers Alto and as it happens yours is a better clip than mine was. Yes some great saves and one was like the Banks v Pele save. Heaton played for us too B-)

This performance is said to be gutsy so perhaps are season is about started
