Well thank Heaven for small mercies. All he has to do now is rule out moves for Gray and Blackwell and I'll be a bit happier.
Although it does concern me that he said: “If MK Dons are in talks with Neilson, then there is no way we would jump on that,” he said. “I know their chairman, Pete Winkelman, very well and we have a good relationship with them. “That’s not the way we would do business. I am old-fashioned in that way.”
I'm not interested in him being old fashioned and worrying about treading on someone's toes. If there is an outstanding candidate being lined up by another club and we may be able to usurp that deal, then Tony Stewart absolutely must put RUFC first, fack any other club, and especially MK Dongs the w@nkers.
