Deal not dead just yet, JJM purchased land around the CG

TalkSport earlier mentioned that the take over may still go-ahead, apparently JJM has purchased land around the CG which Nottingham Forest already owned, TalkSport said JJM may go for a second bite at buying the club.
Does anyone know about the area's around the CG which Forest own?

They didn't purchase it. It was used as surety for a loan of 2.2 mill from the Americans to Al Hawasi, which will need to be paid back now the deal has fallen thru.

    Here,

NOTTINGHAM FOREST owner Fawaz Al Hasawi faces a bitter cash row with the American group who tried to buy the club.

John Jay Moores and his partners gave the Kuwaiti a £2.2 million loan to help pay the wages in December as they finalised their takeover.

And now Moores wants his money back immediately after Al Hasawi dramatically pulled the plug on the deal

Moores and his group have their debt secured and plan to call it in and that may force Al Hasawi to dig into his own pockets or even sell a player.

Al Hasawi could move unhappy Forest skipper Henri Lansbury to raise funds and he is personally looking for two new midfield players.
