    Higgy leaves Hartlepool

So after a promising start, it all went pear-shaped for the ex-Alex favourite.
Does that make him a bad coach/manager? - probably not.
It just seems to be all about chemistry these days - and with us, I just fancied he might have some.
I guess we'll never know .........or will we?

Yes, I read that...pity it didn't work out..

A philosophical statement but you know the majority of fans don't expect their team to get promotion or even relegated and seems its the same ones that do year after year and so what keeps them attending matches? A good game of football and good opposition and meeting other like minded fans and a chippy near by is the icing on the cake...

But a long run of really bad results is depressing and tied in poor quality football means that no manager should expect to be kept on and why SD was so lucky really..
