    For WHO! i have never known C.A to ever sign anyone on Deadline Day,but i wait to be proved wrong which is very rare.!! But it is needed for sure the clock is ticking.

    Yeah clock is ticking and DA will be en-route to Exeter to see them against Wycombe tonight as well.

    Really ! Do you think that is a sign of Desperation going that far! maybe he has already been told there is No money to bring in anyone and to get down to Exeter and sort it out with a Win on Saturday.

    The implication seemed to be that, if Harry Davis found himself another club, Artell would be able to bring someone in. I am not anticipating any signings except perhaps someone out of contract and desperate for a salary. Such is life at the Alex - we go with what we have got!

    Why not go down to Exeter to see Saturday's opposition. It's not often a manager has that opportunity. But, hey, it's easier to keep up with the negativity isn't it Itwasin?

    same old outcome for the Alex. leave it till the last minute and bring in some cheap inexperienced players for a big relegation fight. I wonder if these players would have got a club before the dead line. Did DA know what money he had to spend before he took the job on. Moan over but nothing ever changes at our club
