The only philosophy MW has introduced at Rangers is having a brass neck. There might be better players available but the main problem for Sevco is that they cannot afford them. Only last week they tried it on with Port Vale over the transfer if their keeper, yes, they struggled to afford a keeper from Port Vale. Thats were they are just now.

I think he might have been referring to better players within their squad that just aren't getting picked. They've a right back who can defend who's not getting picked. Surely there's someone better than Kiernan amongst the squad? Halliday keeps getting picked and left on when he's gash.
