    Out of all the players who are with us who in your opinion will find their feet and come good fot the Miller JV?

    Who has the ability to raise their game enough to simulate any of those players listed?

    Even top - top players and football teams have compatability / settling in problems.

    Every player had cetain attributes / skills / mental attitudes that ( if highly motivated ) can shine.....and dare I say - in the right system and given the right service - every player will impress.

    Now that's where the manager comes into power.....a good manager knows how to "press the right buttons" - "play the right system" to suit certain games / players - horses for courses !

    But it isn't an instant process / success unless your very fortunate because people are people and interact differently - man management / experience is the key factor. And a modicum of intelligence doesn't go amiss.

    Some fans thought Derbyshire was sh it, 21 goals this season. Just saying
