Uwe Rosler is doing a decent job at Fleetwood this season who will probably have one of the smaller budgets in the division and sit currently in the playoffs atm so might not be a bad shout. There's another name i would like to throw out and i know he's not everyone's cup of tea around these parts but Keith Hill is doing an amazing job a Rochdale with the little resources they have.
