Derek Lyle , 6 behind Andy Thomson

Yes , there is only six goals between them now with Lyle on 108 senior goals for QOS and Thomson on 114. I wonder if Del boy can equal or even take over Andy. Bobby Black is above those two on 120.

Did hear he's verbally agreed to stay for another season so there's a good chance

Lye is certainly chipping away and getting ever closer to Super Andy T. Will be good to see Lyle extending his contract until May 2018.

Would love to see Del go past Andy's goal tally. The longevity of Del's generation of players has been great to whitness and i really hope that we retain his services next season.

Would be great if Lyle finished ahead of Thomson and Black's goal tallies.

Lyle could play on and reach Jim Patterson's 251 total. It would interesting to know how many of Patterson's goals would have been disallowed in the modern game from barging the keeper into the net, just like Basher Houliston would also have done.

Yes, why not. Something different and he's scored a fair few at that end.
