Has he just figured this out or any other manager, we have had over the past few seasons just decide there is a major problem within the team. Seems like we have hired clueless managers, who have no idea and making up stuff as they are going along, hoping that the chairman gives them as much praise as possible to avoid the sack. The major issue is the players are underperforming, time and time again and they need to be axed. A major overall is needed to get this squad running again, if we have any chance of getting out of the Championship any time soon. Mel has his work cut out, finding the perfect manager to sort out the huge mess this club is under and has the bottle to get to work.
