Brin there's been a complete change in recruitment policy; TS is fully aware of what the problems have been this season so now we are recruiting for stability and the future. This is far different from the policy we have had from 'Shop Windows Managers' who were described to me many years ago as managers who are only interested in the players they have on the pitch because they know that if they have a policy of preparing for two years time they won't be around to enjoy it.

Warney is instictively different because he is willing to prepare for the future. Hence we have Bray who is highly rated but he's not playing right now.

I'm looking forward to seeing which of our non-performing ex-stars leave the club and who comes in to replace them. I hope it's going to be an interesting summer.

Under wrapps for next season.....Captain Kirk - Freck's - Bray and others that will form next year's assault will be looked after so their injuries are well heald and / or uninjured in any way....!

Might as well protect every possible asset we have - big season next season.
