Can anyone help? Witnesses Wanted!

Some old friends of mine lost their daughter on 9th June 2017. Three men were arrested by the police but they are searching for witnesses.

As the piece says

"Police say they are continuing to make enquiries and would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or saw any suspicious activity in the area at the time."

As you can imagine her parents and family are in bits and as for her two kids 5 and 1 their life has been turned upside down.

All I can say about Megan was that I never saw her without a smile on her face.
