    Moult's replacement?

IMO it seems increasingly likely that we will end up selling Louis Moult before the transfer deadline,if that is the case who should the club be looking at to replace him.Realistic suggestions please!

The perfect solution would be another unknown from the mould of Johnson or Moult himself. Then after a couple of high scoring seasons we sell him on. No doubt our chief scout has a little list.

Moult is making a bit of noise about leaving the club now. There is no point in trying to keep a player with that kind of attitude. As for his replacement, one things for sure we haven't got one at the club. We would have to go and be very asstute in the transfer market.

He signed a 3 year deal which has one year to run. If no suitable bid is received we hold onto him. Simples. There also games going on in the media which are best ignored.

Only fake news for a matter of time IMO - he's offski as soon as we get a bid of +£500K.

Aberdeen's result in Europe this week maybe is what will define when Moult is to leave. Rumour mill also has a English Championship team waiting to make a bid,but they are thought to be waiting on other developments.

Aberdeen have Rooney, Stewart and Maynard as senior forwards, plus the kid who scored the hat-trick on his debut last season and a handful of other squad strikers. They just spent money on Gary Mackay-Steven who is hardly known as a defensive option...I never thought it was realistic Aberdeen had the cash (or, perhaps more accurately, the desire to spend it) which would tempt us to give up Moult given what he means to us.

I seriously doubt their result tomorrow will have any impact on where Moult ends up.
