Thing is, he has pretty much spent their transfer budget, im not convinced anyone different could do much, plus, Hearts are trying to copy the model of, i think, Wolfsburg, in Germany, with an ex experienced manager (Levein) as Director of Football over seeing a young manager, inexepreienced manager (Cathro, Nielson).
Whoever comes in next will be of that mould, maybe Paul Hartley????
