Anybody do football on here?

Sorry to intrude but I'm trying to find a site to talk about my football club.

I've tried banter but there is only a bloke called Ian on it and that's me.

Looked on here but all I see is fishing threads,old people reminiscing about the good old days that never were,Pendantic spelling corrections,Americans bragging about how many oysters they have eaten even though they don't like them,a simpleton who can't spell guru,a French bloke who keeps saying he is leaving,a barman selling guitar strings,a bloke collecting for charity all the time,a fella named after a horse,a bloke who calls himself an idiot,a bloke pretending to be a lawyer who is actually known as Mandy at work and wears a dress,a drunk who spouts garbage,a fella called magic who wants to pick a fight with the world,a bloke who googles and pretends to know everything about everything and claims his girlfriend is a doctor,a B&B owner from Carnforth who is obsessed with some battle nobody has ever heard of, a gay bloke who used to sell fire surrounds( you know who you are) and the list goes on and on but I thought it was a football site not a site for narcism where people can strut their stuff like peacocks on heat.(well you get the gist..maybe not on heat as such)

If anybody wants to talk football then please do so but you might be shouted down.

Seriously though, why do the O/T posts have to be mixed in with the football ones? I'm sure there used to be a separate part of the forum for non football subjects and wish that would be reintroduced. Other club's boards manage to do this so why can't we?
