Sounds like a satirical British television programme from the 80's. We're that skint we can't even afford players with names.

Callum Saunders? Successful trial? Could someone who's seen him play elaborate cos it's not what I've heard.

Saunders released by crewe for a reason, but when he's out there, you've got to support him.
Why do we need 3 keepers.
Bird has made the step up ok, needs a bit more experience.

Also, now a third keeper who will probably expect to challenge for a place in the 1st team. seems a bit much personally. Fitzsimons or Pindroch i would have thought would suffice

I've seen him, can't see what he can bring to the team if I'm honest

"The 21-year-old, who was born in Istanbul, came through the academy system at Crewe, scoring twice in 35 appearances for the Railwaymen before being released at the end of the 2016-17 season"

Talk about a mouth watering resumé. They seem more like squad fillers to me but hopefully Bird can keep progressing and turns out to be a fairytale story type story other clubs always seem to be able to pull off.

As others have said, not sure why we need 3 keepers. (Plus the young GK we had last season)
