Buying a player to go out on loan?!

Okay, so we're heavily linked to some Dutch pre starlet called Ouasim Bouy who we're proposing to buy thensend straight out on loan in Spain.

Anyone make any sense in taking that big a risk when we're not absolutely minted like a top, top club?!

Unless the receiving team is paying all his wages for the loan, I'm a little confused with the strategy?

He's a free transfer so only wages to contend with and to be honest, he won't be on a bucket load compared to our better players, I'm not worried by this, it's a common thing used normally with younger players but this guy is a year or 2 behind due to serious injuries about 4 years ago, if he signs for us and excels in the Spanish second division then you never know
