    Feck!!

Hurricane Harvey on the way. Probably end up category 4, very high winds in excess of 120MPH. At the moment it looks like it will stay West from us which is good in one way because the winds will not be too bad, but it also means we are on the "dirty" side of the storm wich means a $hit load of rain and serious flooding. Mind you these barstewards can make serious diretion changes when they come onshore so who knows.

Still it can't be as bad, here, as Hurricane Ike. What a mess that was, I don't think I was posting on this board at the time, but oh, there were some tales to tell.

Cheers Grizz. Looks like it is landing down by Corpus Christi which is well West of us. A lot of rain likely but that's it. Maybe we even will not loose power, we were five days without after Hurricane Ike.

    We shall see.

The most frightening thing, Mother Nature.

Get a few bottles of wine in, sit tight and take care.

9 in the morning here, black as night outside, no wind but tons of rain and a Tornado warning. Going to be a lively day!
