    Players in / out

So far all new TC players in, have performed or have potential to be good etc - Grot being the latest, and on paper seems to fit the mould and style of the new team set up.
Just think a bit of caution, good deep breath should be taken regards rumours on Green & Dallas, both good solid pros, Green apart from the first couple of games, was fantastic last season, Dallas a bit in and out, but shown this year to be back to form, both add leadership & experience to team.
If both unhappy, then maybe move on, but squad is a very young, somewhat naïve squad, these type of players could be *****, when things not going to plan.
Balance has to be right, experience / age / nationality, etc. etc, sometimes you can be to hastie on making squad your own - maybe that one quality striker to replace Wood, and then leave until Jan window.

A really astute deal would be to say to Norwich we'll give you Dallas and some ££ for Olivera.

Keep Dallas and buy Oliver's we don't need to deplete the squad any further

Agree with this completely. Stupidity to let Dallas go, we aren't blessed with actual wingers in our squad we've got a lot of attacking central guys but only Alioski and Sacko who are genuine wingers and I'd rate Dallas much higher than Sacko at the minute.

Sacko isn't a winger, he's a quick runner who can't cross, has little or no vision when in possession and doesn't have the strength to keep the ball when challenged. If we let anyone go it should be him, certainly not Dallas.
