    Tom to start for England

you would like to think that having let in 11 goals in 3 games that Tom would get the nod over Hart to start for England- Aftet his display at Wembley its a no-brainer but Mr Personality ny-pass will hand the shirt to hapless Joe

Whoever starts for England in goal is at a disadvantage with the defence in front of them. Certainly hasn't help Tom in his last 2 England games!

It's Butland for me but the position as England's No 1 goalkeeper is up for grabs.

Pickford no longer in squad - injured , no replacement goalkeeper called up.

I doubt if England have a more reliable ‘keeper available than our Tom, however he comes with some baggage.

He plays for Burnley………sad but possible true.

We're only playing Malta, I hope whoever gets picked has the good sense to take his pipe, slippers and a good book.
