It is strange but true that the losing fans in any game consider the ref to be unfit to referee, blind, illegitimate, bent as a butcher's hook and not know what he's doing. However, to the fans of the winning side he let the game flow nicely. T'was ever thus and will always be the case.

Referee 2 may as well have been wearing a Rotherham kit. Two of the challenges from Rotherham players would have been straight reds in the Premier league and he saw both and did almost nothing. Almost every time a Pompey player got the ball in the Rotherham half they received a push/shove and did nothing, but as soon as a Pompey player (rarely) did likewise it was a foul.

Obviously didn't notice the amount of pushing/shirt-pulling that Kieffer Moore got...credit to Kieffer though - he never complained and looked dangerous throughout the match. Excellent lead-the-line performance from him.
