EFL backs closure of transfer window before season starts

Sensible approach adds consistency with premier league. There's also some b*llocks about full strength teams at the end of the season. No doubt they want to penalise the teams who finish in the highest play off places and prevent them resting players.

Seems the EFL are going to be different and let loans happen until the end of August but permanent transfers finish before the season starts next summer.
