I may just try that Crash. Slightly off topic but you were mentioned in a conversation today. We were talking of making our own pork pies. How successful were you.

Frog my old mate I made mine following the recipe at

The only difference I did was boiled a couple of pigs trotters for the jelly.
Cost a bomb for all ingredients. But most are in cupboard for next time.
Best ever and I'm fussy.
