Only One Team Trying to Win

Last night we played not Barcelona not Man City but a team in the relegation area without a win in 5 and low in confidence so why did we play such dull, negative boring stuff?

There was an incident that summed up not only last night's performance but the vast majority of those of Tony Pulis Albion. In the 93rd minute we had a free kick on the left probably 40 yards from goal. So here we are the tallest team the league with most goals from set pieces with 30 seconds to defend our point. We have to put it into the box and try to score;don't we? No. Tony Pulis Albion play it short with the obvious intention of taking it into the corner to run down the clock. We actually ended up with the ball on the half way line. I can only believe one man is responsible for the players thinking that is the right thing to do.

Would Leicester (or any other team) have done that last night? No only Tony Pulis Albion.

I've totally had enough. So go Tony Pulis and go now and give me back my West Bromwich Albion.

I'm off the St Mary's on Saturday, Not sure why.

Agree totally we seemed to be playing a counterattacking strategy in the first half with no pace to carry the ball up the field, probably Gibbs a couple of times the exception. To me it looked like we were playing not to lose, not win. As said elsewhere we scored out the blue and seemed to revert to type. I am neither a Pulis fan or hater, but surely things must improve and quick?
