Players you’d like to see us sign in January

Okay all you football gurus out there.

We have heard we may well lose Moore come January and we all acknowledge our back four are dire plus do we need a new keeper?

Have a go at saying who you’d bring in, if possible to do so, and why.

I’ll start with a forward. I’d be approaching struggling Bury and seek the services of Jermaine Beckford. Easy, don’t all type at once but hear me out.

Still got an eye for goal. 8 goals so far this season in a very average/ poor side. Kept his physique and fitness levels up to a good standard. Wouldn’t cost the earth and is right for League 1. Well we’re not going anywhere else this season!

Over to you to pick out who you think would suit our style and more importantly our Chairman’s pockets.

I wouldn't say our style and Beckford's play are well suited. If warne went 442 then I would agree he would be good value.

Danny Newton has a similar goal/game non league record as Moore. Not as tall but knows where the goal is

the lad on loan at notts county Jorge Grant from notts forest may be worth a shout if forest want him to play at higher level after xmas

There's a young lad at daggers called Corey Whitely. Hes 25/26 but Only been playing semi pro for a couple of year. Great feet. Quick. Reads the game well and looks too good for non league. Wether he can setup up to league one not sure but if he cost what Moore cost then a easy risk imo

Need Vaulks in midfield. Not a fan of either Cummings or Emmanuel. Of the two would go with Emmanuel.
