    Luke Shaw

I see we're linked with him for a January loan move.

I think he's probably better than what we've got if he can get back to former standards. Also, he has a point to prove if he wants to get back into the Man Utd squad.

Hasn't he put on quite a lot of weight?

I'm not adverse to a loan move for him as long as it's not going to take him 10 games to get up to speed etc.

Agree that he'll want a loan move to try and play back into the Man Utd squad.

His contract is also almost up, sell him a good impression of here

As with all these type of deals, it could be a disaster (or simply not successful). But I'm welcoming when it comes to seeing new faces this January

Don't know about the weight though. Maybe he's had a few pints whilst he's been out injured.

He's dead as a player, done like Torres! Has played within himself since that horrific injury and never gotten over the psychological side of it.

Spend the money on someone else. I don't see Rafa or anyone restoring his confidence. Plus Mourinho has shat all over him publicly which has exacerbated the problem.

I think this post sums it all up.

Hmm, disagree. The whole point is for him to get over it by going someplace else. And there's no money spent, except maybe part of his wages. He might not be Marcelo, but that doesn't mean he can't do a good job here. If Rafa decides to take a chance on him, I'm right behind that.

Whilst i don't quite agree he's dead as a player, i do think you have a point on the psychological side of it, I'd not considered that and is definitely worth taking account of if a move is made.
