Players are not fit enough and frankly not good enough.
The club appear rudderless and Tony seems to have disappeared without trace.
Warney hasn't shown any managerial attributes since he started and his interviews are on the childish side with silly and inappropriate jokes.
He lacks gravitas and I am not sure if he commands much respect from the players.....I suspect they get an easy ride.
As a club we still seem to be in the sixties with no signs of stepping into the present century.
The sponsorship deals make me smile although a particular favourite is the old plastic sheeting we use as a tunnel with a child's drawing of a car on it...Not clear as to what is being advertised here.
The coaching staff seem to lack coaching ability judging by the way the players perform and simply seem to be a bunch of Warney's old mates presumably on relatively low money.
Some like Kerr feel that we should be eternally grateful to TS and thank him for the present mediocrity.
I am unclear as to the solution here as the assets and their ownership are unclear to me and I really don't know the Chairman's intent as he is not communicating with the fans very much.
The town is unattractive with a soured reputation from recent events and frankly is a bit of a dump.
We have Paul Douglas and nobody can tell me his CV and qualifications for his present job although they may be spot on for all I know but nobody seems to know much about him.
Tony's managerial appointments are of great concern..
I get the impression that the running of the club is rather autocratic although of course I don't actually know.
The young players we try and bring through are not big enough, strong enough and more importantly not talented enough.
We make the strangest of signing eg the centre half, what's his name,is it Mani?..the extremely fragile winger...what's that all about?
We have had a major uplift to the training facilities which to me are laughable and to me seem more like garden sheds rather than modern upgraded professional training facilities.
We seem to miss out on any deal that involves a transfer fee with the same old excuses trotted out.
Of course it's not my money as the likes of the legal eagle points out but then I don't own a football club and don't intend to as without the money it would be pointless.
Other than the above I feel things are going quite well and I know for sure that a centre half, two strikers and a full back are chomping at the bit to join us in January...Of course they are!
