    Farewell Jonas, hello Hegazi!

I can't let it pass without without thanking, again, big Jonas Olsson for his great contribution to our cause, it was great to see him grace the hallowed turf today and enjoy a deserved standing ovation. All the best Jonas lad in whatever you do. I know one or two still hold onto the memories of the odd fall out with fans but once the dust settles I just put it down to a strong passion, I more than forgive you anyway.

This brings me aptly on to Ahmed Hegazi, the biggest seal of my approval I can offer is, please, please ensure we snap him up on a permanent deal. For the price tag, is it £4.5M? By today's prices that's an absolute steal by us! His game is adapting more and more to this standard and his passing is inch perfect.

I hope we enjoy a long successful relationship wth Hegazi as we did with Olsson.

Spot on, Minn. Ahmed's a similar player to Jonas, but he can actually pass the ball accurately.
He must have some confidence in his colleagues, though, because at this stage, he's involved in relegation battles till May, then who knows what Division he'll be in.

I reckon if we can get 3 points out of Stoke match, the next 5 matches in the league are Everton home and away, Arsenal at home, Brighton at home and West Ham away, 15 points available we should get another 7 to 10 out of them judging by our second half performance on Sunday...well out of the dog fight talkSAFT....god, this optimism is catching isn't it?

You'll have to excuse my pessimism, Murph.
Have a look back at our 1st 11 fixtures - I wish we'd got them coming up:

Bournemouth, Bolton, Stoke, Brighton, WHam, Arsenal, Watford, Leicester, So'ton, ManC, Hudders

That should have been at least 20 pts, but I think we got 10!
