    nett spend

people keep saying we made more than we brought in the last transfer window
i was shocked to see how many clubs actually made a profit from transfers and how many spent about the same as us and who those clubs were

5 clubs made a profit in transfers and then there are about 8-9 clubs with roughly our spend give or take a few million and then 6 clubs which include city manure verton chelsea liverpool and surprisingly watford who spent quite a bit more than us

we were also in the top 8 for the number of signings we made

we were also in the top 8 for letting players go

so when you think of it

we done about as much as everone else really

a pretty average window compared to the other teams in the prem

Who were they, and what were the figures? MOTD highlighted that Rafa has made Ashley £11.2m since he became our manager and I will believe them more than any Rafa hater who comes on here im afraid. Last night we were up against a massively more expensive and skillful team and kept them down to one goal. Aye we had plenty of luck (whick we didnt get against Everton and,West Ham hitting the woodwork 4 times) but so they also had some luck.

    In Rafa I trust.
