Thread: Positives!

    Positives!

debock looks decent, and a natural leftback

Forshaw could be decent certainly has the experience we might lack in midfield

lasogga has found his scoring boots again, its fair to say when he gets in range to shoot, he can hit em!

still within touching distance of the playoffs

looks like we might make one more first team squad signing before the window shuts

grot hit a good goal for the u23s, looks like he will get a run in the u23s to build up some confidence, good on him!

despite the loss, I saw a real togetherness within the players in the 2nd half, can't fault the effort levels

at full time all the players looked genuinely gutted, they do seem to care what happens

same with TC, he was fuming with the loss but also proud of the efforts in the 2nd half

ideguchi looks like he will be a good player for us when he becomes eligible to play, looking forward to that

wiedwald made some really good saves vs millwall, he seems to be improving the more he plays

the fans as always showing the entire country why they are the best fans around!

now all the above might mean nowt, but I think it all does, and I for 1 believe we can still get promoted this season, we are showing signs of better football and better collective efforts from the squad, no splits between members, its a real togetherness which seems to be showing throughout, certainly better than previous recent seasons anyway.

we need to stick to supporting all who are doing their bit for lufc this season and stop pulling out scapegoats when things go wrong

these last few games where weve had red cards, we could have probably ended up with more points if we had kept 11 players on the pitch, now if TC can install some extra discipline within the entire squad for all future games, then I think we will see a major push from lufc and will ultimately see us win the promotion that certainly the fans deserve!

Just 3 more games and Saiz is back.

    Cooper out for 4 games.

    just 3 points off a play-off spot.

Yes, but I do feel we're on a bit of a knife-edge - I just hope to god we don't slip off, because after Hull it's Cardiff, Sheff Utd, Bristol City, Derby, Brentford, Boro, Wolves, so it will only take a little bit of bad luck and what I think is one of the most promising overall situations we've been in for a long time could be wrecked.
