No not the crappy TV show but the Orwellian principle. It turns out that a 40 year old cold case of a Californian serial killer has been cracked because of DNA patterns from his relatives from samples which they had submitted to Ancestry DNA to discover their genetic make up.

Big Brother is indeed watching us. Wouldn't get me submitting samples to these web sites, no matter how much I want to prove I have no Welsh in me

Thing is you don’t know what these companies are doing with your info once you send in some hair saliva or pee. Yes iv no idea what they ask for because iv never sent for a kit, well ok I did get a rotherham kit lol

But you could find out your related to Donald trump or nick clegg how bad would that be?
