I play football myself so can't make Saturday games but make an effort to go to every other game that I can.

Firstly, Laszlo doesn't look to have any game plan and from what I've seen, he has no game management. If that's the tempo, urgency and overall performance we have been putting in on a weekly basis then i'm no longer surprised by some of the results (especially away from home). He 100% was happy enough to take the draw last night after the red card and even though before the match a draw was a decent result, the game was there for the taking. Kept the same shape, had no urgency to make the subs after the red card and never took advantage of the extra man. If the other team has 10 men and are playing deep and compact, you get the two wide men to hug the touchlines and stretch the game, they either get the ball and are allowed to deliver or they are closed down and it creates spaces in the middle. What we done was pass the ball slowly along the back taking about 5 touches and killing any tempo and allowing them to get back into a solid shape. It's really frustrating, it should be passed from right back to centre back, one touch and pinged out to the left back before they can get set and moved across. Then, either bomb forward, pass it forward with the space created by moving the ball quicker against 10 men or even come back but again, get it switched within 1/2 touches not 4/5 it totally changes the outcome of what happens next.

Mehmet - 9/10 - Some amazing saves, looked a little lack of communication on a few occasions but very promising.

Ralston - 6/10 - Dived in a few tackles and sold himself, got defenders one on one but didn't really get by. Has alot more to show than that.
Murdoch - 6/10 - Can tell not a centre half, struggled to win his headers but did OK.
Moshni - 6/10 - Can tell he's a good player but overplays it sometimes and some rash challenges when not needed.
Robson - 6/10 - Offered little both ways, looks very weak.

Gillespie - 6/10 - Hard working but not great on the ball.
Flood - 6/10 - Same as above.

Fraser - 8/10 - Gets on the ball whenever he can, only player to create stuff. Never staying with us next year.
McDonald - 6/10 - Tried hard, tried to get on the ball, should be upfront and in the box not a number 10.
King - 6/10 - Got into good positions one on one but lacks confidence, aggression, strength to be direct even though is tricky and quick.

Mikkelsen - 6/10 - Hopeless long balls to try win, lost the majority, has no pace so can't run the channels, pointless having him on if he's getting that service.
