Hopefully folk at the club read this forum.

If you could tell them how to improve the experience off the pitch what would you suggest ??

For me it would be more than two lasses in the box office selling match day tickets so you don't have to queue out the door.
Food served by folk in clean uniforms who know to wash their hands before handling your Oakwell Pie.
Polite Car Park attendants who know that they're there to provide a service rather than viewing you as The Enemy
Somebody with a bucket of water and a J cloth to wipe the bird sh1t off the seats prior to match day
Half time music that's not so loud that you have to shout to the bloke sitting next to you.

More initiatives in our schools t get the new generations involved. Were pretty good, but can always be better. Kids fr a quid and that.

Members of the labour party receive a 75% discount on ST and match tickets .

This is a solid socialist area and the owners should respect that and the notion that we expect to spend someone elses money and not our own .
