    TV shows and Netflix..

I have Netflix, showbox and IPTV.. is there any recommendations for decent shows.. I have seen quite a few but waiting for 2nd seasons of the punisher or GOT's when there's no footy on is boring..

So anyone watched anything worth watching recently?

    I've heard Power is good..

I tend to shy away from series' in the main because generally they seem to either end on a pathetic note and make you feel like you were robbed to high heaven, or become tedious so far in and put you in a dilemma as to whether it's worth carrying on or trying something else.

My daughter recommended "The rain" which is my one to attempt.
She loved the series, "stranger things."

The one's my son recommended to me of which I've never watched, were:
    Breaking bad.
    Sons of anarchy.
    Prison break.

Any you do watch, let me know the score and I'll do the same with you.

I know it's back in the day but did you ever watch 24? One of the best of these types of show and definitely worth watching if you didn't catch it first time round.

    That's Keifer isn't it?
I've never been tempted but maybe you can give me a little insight into what it's about.
Also, be careful with your mod badge, they bought in a cheap batch and the pins tend to slip the clasp and ram into your chest when you try to bring down the ban hammer.

I quite liked "Magic City", Florida in the late fifties.

Aye, that's the one. You should definitely give it a try. They managed to keep the tension right through each episode and by the end of each one you felt like you were going through cold turkey because you had to wait a week for the next one. The way they split the picture at some points to show different characters was a bit of a gimmick but also a bit of a signature and worked really well.

I watched The Rain, lots of twists and unexpected happenings. I thought it was good - intend to watch again and pay more attention next time

Just looked it up and it's been running for 9 seasons. Over 200 shows.
I'm going to have to work out a strategy for this.
My wife said I can have the small unused bedroom that has old thick curtains in it.
She's willing to allow netflix to be added to the room and has bought me a white gravy stained vest, white stained underpants...two odd socks and is willing to buy a table top fridge which she's promised to stock up for me with small tins of Budweiser with the added bonus of regular deliveries of pizza and chicken bits, plus tacos and burgers etc, to keep the stains up on the undie uniform.

All this for a non stop watchathon with obvious toilet breaks in between, whether that's on the actual toilet or on a specially set out potty beside the bed settee or on it......haven't decided which, yet.

All this so she can watch her soaps in peace.
You'll do for me honey bunch.

A couple I really enjoyed were Love/Hate (about a gang of Dublin drug dealers) and Gomomorah (Italian gangsters). But at the minute I am watching Brickleberry (like family guy but a lot ruder)
