Has just been found to be incompatible with Article 8, Human Rights Act by the Supreme Court in relation to pregnancies arising from rape and incest or invlolving fatal (but not serious), foetal abnormality however - it was deemed that the Supreme Court Court had no jurisdiction to act over the matter as the body raising the matter, didn't have sufficient proximity to the case, what lawyers call 'locus standii' so nothing has changed yet.
It basically means that a complaint has to be raised by an individual with a personal case to bring in which case, the court would rule in their favour (my interpretation)
