How on earth can we start a season or any team for that matter not being SURE who your team is or where the players minds are? Rodriguez..Rondon...Gibbs...Dawson...Phillips...He gazi..being muted as possibly moving WHEN the season starts. This isn't an excuse for today's performance in particular but I do find the process bizarre. Should all be done and dusted well before the season starts. I know its history now but Spurs showing interest in Berahino stopped him playing for us mentally. Its a joke situation.

Agreed, all this should be done with before the season starts. As it is now we can be playing almost one month with players who could possibly leave and to exclude (all of) them could mean valuable points dropped, not a good idea if we don't have other players who are as good. They should change the rules/date of the transfer window instead.

Why do we even need a transfer window? The system worked perfectly well for over a hundred years, it was just change for the sake of change.

We played both Nyom & Rodriguez who are linked with moves but overlooked Dawson & Rondon.
I know which 2 of those 4 I'd pick.
