I disagree but if it makes you happy to continually moan about the Club then just carry on, it is your opinion but don't lose any sleep over it, after all, it is just a game of football and nobody has died.

No other words for it, We were outplayed all over the park...Woeful defending,...No midfield, and what is the point at the moment having any Strikers,??
Only one way we are going at the moment!!
Total Dross,...Carry on like this and we are doomed.![]()

Thought we were the better team in the first half. We seem to fall apart in the second half. Once Gibson went it probably just had to be hoof ball. It worked.
Never mind,a 2-0 home win will be enough to put us through..
You are having a laugh, right?
The first goal should not have happened because Hendrick had a head injury and the game should have been stopped.
Then the referee moves the wall back 15 yards to allow a free shot over the top.
The officials are mobbed at half time by crazy Greeks.
The atmosphere was intimidating, Gibson gets sent off (I wonder why?) and you think we were bobbins?
We gave it all we had under the most difficult of circumstances and people still complain. I don't get it, I really don't.![]()
The expectations have gone crazy BT. No player could be criticised for not giving his all last night and the stuffing was knocked out of the team by some strange decisions, not least the dismissal of Gibson and the caution given to Long in the same incident and then the free kick and caution given against Charlie Taylor when he won the ball fairly. Having said that, we still battled to the end and stopped them scoring again.
Having read the comments about what happened in the tunnel at half time a lot has become much clearer about the officials' display in the second half.
Sorry BT but the end scoreline is all that counts.Gibson elbowed the face of the player and got a deserved yellow. The second yellow was dubious and the penalty but we have all seen them given. Our penalty was also a bit iffy.We had the chances to go 2-1 up and as usual lately failed to take them.Wood looks half the player he was last year.He is forever being caught offside and fails to finish or even hit the target.Olympiakos took their chances and could have scored more. There can only be one saving grace in the performance and that was we kept them at bay with only 10 men.Question is do you think we will score 2 goals in 90 minutes next Thursday without conceding?
March 10th was the last time that happened against a club in turmoil.
Seriously CiB I think we will be better off without this European nonsense.
We have posters on here who actually believe we should just pop over to Athens and trounce a top European club side on their home turf.
I just want to get back to reality.![]()
I would not call it an awful display, but it was what we are used to after the first 6 games, no creativity and not a flicker of a flame in the goal scoring category, apart from odd mistakes (which are getting more common) from our defence it did not surprise me that we kept them down to 3 goals when Gibson got sent off, the intimidation, bad Referee and anything else is just an excuse, we played poor and deserved what we got, Nowt.
