How come we have Tyrone Mears but couldn’t either keep Jacob or sign Mulumbu or play Field

I can only assume that Mululmbu left in acrimonious circumstances otherwise I don't know why he would not at least be given a trial.
However, some players don't feel they have to go on trial to prove themselves.
One thing is for sure the old Mululmbu would walk into this side.
