    Villa - Abraham and Boulasie

If Villa sign Abraham today I think the two loan deals for Abraham and Boulasie are really good for them.

Would have liked us in for Boulasie as he can play wide or through the middle

But we've got Tyrone Mears and trousered £10 mil for Chadli, which we probably won't see a penny of.

Ffp is a joke and has been proven as such by villas dealings in the transfer market since going from rags to riches in a single day

I said on another thread a couple of weeks or so ago that I thought Abraham would be a good loan buy for us and I am disappointed that we don’t even seem to be rumoured to be in for the likes of him.
Now that Chadli has gone same sentiments apply to Bolasie who would be an improvement on a like for like basis when both at their best.

Think the loan fee for Abraham is pushing close to what we sold chadli for

Villa have two very decent players on their day, although both have flaws.

We have offloaded a diva and banked the money, we have quality but just need to add a few of the youngsters to the team and see if we can combine youth and experience to push for promotion

I think the 7-1 papered over a lot of cracks

im getting fed up of BDs silly midfield pairing and tbh his comments too, esp after Forest & Middlesborough

That said the 2 defeats came in the death throes of both games.
We definitely have a weaker squad than we did when we were relegated, and we have a manager who isn't as yet, getting the right bodies on the field.
Not too many of us felt promotion was on this season, I reckon far fewer do now. If we don't get close luring decent players next season will prove harder.
