Apparently, only digital membership this season, no membership cards are sent out. No big deal, but, I miss my membership card, now there is only the e-mail confirmation.

I was not aware of this, so when I had paid for my membership late July and not received a card, I e-mailed ”tickets” and asked about it. Sent 3 e-mails over 3 weeks, not a single reply. Eventually filled in the contact form on the official web site, and got an instant reply.

No card and no reply - a bit cheap and under staffed?
