    Mbabu

Just read an article about him and how well he is doing playing for his national team etc. It says he would love to come back to England and especially liked his time with the Toon. I always rated him and couldn't understand why he was frozen out, would have been good to have him here during our present circumstances.

I thought he was a good as well, that debut against Chelski.

When he was sold he had said he wanted first team football which we weren't prepared to give him that then.

I'm sure it wasn't only reason but first team football i believe played a big part in it.

Great to see his head never dropped after leaving here.Picked himself up and doing well.Great to see.Would definitely have him back here.It would cost money though so can't see it.

In my humble opinion this is a mistake by Rafa.

He put in a brilliant performance against Chelsea then was never seen again even though we needed him even if only for cover. There's a rabbit off somewhere with his non-inclusion and, whilst you've got to back your manager ultimately, I wonder if this is one of those occasions where maybe Rafa has been too inflexible?

To be fair though Zipp,it's the managers before that could have played him.He was injured when Rafa came then went on loan that summer before a permanent move. They all might have seen something they didn't fancy.Cant fault the lad though.
Whatever they all might have seen,he has turned his career around.

He could definitely defend. Something Yedlin can’t do.

along with so many he has let go

rafa sends them out to prove them selves and then sells them when they come back

    hows mitro doing
    gayle
and just about every player he has let go

    all attacking minded players

even mbemba we should have kept

hows the lad doing he brought here and wouldnt play

i would say he gets it wrong more times than he gets it right
    and you cant blame ash
    thse players were here
not rafas first second 3rd choice etc etc

he lets far to many good players go

and continues to pay far to much dross

Mcclaren gave him his debut in the first tem apparently
rafa sent him out on loan
sighting the usuall ****3 rafa does
    poor attitude
i dont see any other team complaining about it
he had the likes of manure fulham etc interested

but rafa couldnt get anything out of him

    says a lot really

comes here highly rated as a prospect
    mcclaren plays him
    he gets injured
    rafa sends him out
he doesa cracking job on loan with other clubs interested
    rafa lets him go

how comes everyone rafa lets go its implied they have issues with attitude etc
yet no other manager either from the clubs they go on loan to or eventually buy them say they have these issues
