Got meetings with 2 MP's about him as well which is good.

Pressure from all sides on him.

Big mistake this one, I think.
    This will backfire on them.

It's one thing doing it on your own door step and another thinking doing it in a city that alienates itself from the north east in general.
    However, we'll see.

    I doubt it.

It's not protesting in London in the sense of on the streets. It's political meetings and talks with those that have already made him sweat and will go after him.

Political meetings are nothing. They don't affect Ashley.
    It's not a political matter.

They do when he gets pulled in front of one of the committees again and this then brought up.

Also as Geordie74 says, you can meet your MP about any matter, which then makes its a political matter because you've brought it before a member of parliament.

Fair enough. Then it isn't a protest, is it?
It's also not pertinent to football matters.
When the FA meet up with the fans to discuss bad things about Ashley and the FA agree he's doing bad things or doing it wrong, or cheating the club, or whatever, then and only then will he be handed some kind of penalty.

If he's cheating on the revenue to the Government (taxes) then he'll be dealt with as a money matter for that.

So what's the MP meeting about then?
Anyone have any idea, because I thought it was some kind of fan protest in London.

That’s the whole idea - to make it a political matter.
