Wayne Rooney wants us to believe that it was a mix of sleeping tablets and alcohol for the reason he was arrested for public intoxication at Dulles International Airport in Virginia, I wonder what excuse he gave when in an England shirt p!ssed out of his head and also his 2 year driving ban in 2017 for. . . . . . . . . . . drink driving.
