    Warne "embarrassed"

    To quote:-

"I'm not ripping them apart. What's the point? They're good kids. They want to do well. I want the lads to stay together."

And that's the root of the problem. Weak management. Give a *******ing when it's deserved.

The Mr Nice Guy all of the time loses effectiveness.

We don't know what's been said behind closed doors though.
I'm sure what we are hearing is a toned down version of some home truths in the dressing room
Besides which there might be a good cop bad cop act with Richie Barker

I remember the good old days when posters used to slag Evans off for publically criticising his players...

None of us know what went off in the dressing room. That is how it should be.

Normally I would agree with you on that point but Warne from the start has played the " one big family" position.

Now it's suddenly become " behind closed doors"?

Sorry I don't agree, I don't think he has the bottle to tell the players they underperformed ( to put it mildly). No *******ing happened behind closed doors because Warne is too nice and too close to a large part of the squad to criticize them face to face.

But the fact is that you haven't got a clue what went on in the dressing room or whether Warne has the bottle to tell players that they underperformed. Not a clue. You are simply speculating in order to make one of your standard posts. And given the purely speculative nature of your post, whether you agree with me or not is even more irrelevant than usual.

What goes on in the dressing room should stay there, as it is doing.

How many teams have you managed Meldrew? How many teacups have you smashed in your managerial career?

What's that you say? You've never been actively involved in football at any level?

Your endless quest to bash the club and Warne at every opportunity has been tedious for many years. May I suggest that you buy a Man City ticket for next season. They don't lose many games, but when they did, think of the possibilities of expressing your expert opinion of all that was wrong with the club.

Last point. Is American English your native language? I'll let CAM explain that one to you.

Well I’ve not been to the moon either but I know it’s not made of green cheese.

You can’t have it both ways, play the involve the fans card then clam up with the behind closed doors position when it suits.

Yes I admit I don’t know if Warne gave the players a *******ing behind closed doors but equally nobody knows if he did anything at all.

The advertiser report by Paul suggests he did absolutely nothing.
