This age group seem like a real special group. I hope they do the business tonight, but more than that - I hope they get every chance at a go at our first team in the future.

Its actually one of the reasons why I hope Shan can impress and get the job because he's worked with and helped develop these lads for almost 10 years.

We're never going to have the financials to compete with at least half of all premiership teams, so we must develop our own talent if we're going to progress forward as a club.
