Millers Res v Grimsby Town Reserves (Tues 02/04/19)

Kick off at 1pm at Roundwood now according to RUFC Official site. No Millers team news on Radio DeeDah tonight , so don't know if anybody returning from injury (or suspension), or any trialists, will get a run out.

    Gratton Potter Palmer Forde
    Kayode Vassell

Subs - Carlton, Peel-Evans, Hodgkinson, Hull, Etia

Let's hope that all goes well for the players returning from injury.

He went on loan to Stratford Town about a month ago . Not sure if he is still there

    It wouldn't be a shock
Although other than Kieffer, the rest haven't done much, so it's not been a very successful strategy for them overall

    Wow - we're 3-0 up in 13 minutes!
Vassell two, and Kayode - all headers, all three goals from well-aimed Forde crosses
If he could only have done that at Portman Road we would have hammered Ipswich! Instead...

Update (30 mins) - still 3-0. Kayode header skims the crossbar after another good cross from Forde.

HT - still 3-0, but Vassell and Kayode have kept the Grimsby keeper busy throughout the first half

Kayode makes it 4-0 after a good pass from Vassell

62 minutes gone - Vassell, Robertson and Forde replaced by Etia, Carlton and Peel-Evans, presumably for tactical reasons

That's the front two sorted out then for Saturday if Smudge is still out.

Go on Warne be brave go 4-4-2 and give these two a run. Can't be any worse than what we've got!
