    Signings/contracts

am i right in thinking that if a sale is in the process, we cant buy or sell any players or sort out Rafa's contract because it will have a direct impact on the valuation of the club n shlt?

Not sure, one thing that got me thinking there is more to this takeover.By that I mean its further on than most think,is the Almiron deal.Bought through a loan.Makes sense for that to happen if fatty is selling as he still gets the price for the club and the loan goes with the sale to new owners.
Maybe more players might come in along the same lines I dont know.Borrowed money replaced when sale complete. Not sure on the score with Rafa though.

It probably was getting done Kev.On the basis of staying in the Premier League. We weren't safe when he came.Which is why a loan got me thinking.Hasnt happened before under fatty.
Also the money owed for players when a takeover happens goes to new owners.Wasnt that Ashley's excuse,he had to pay for players bought under Hall and Sheppard when he realised what we owed through not doing due diligence.
Anyway I am trying to stay positive.
