This, basically. The glimmer is still there for me because it was the Bin Zayed Group who brought it into the public domain so I think there is genuine interest. The fact that it's stalled, if you believe the 'leaks' is down to fatso trying to screw them for future advertising rights.

It's like selling a car (for way more than what it's worth because you want to claw back money you've paid out on it) then saying to the prospective new earners 'oh, but I want to borrow it whenever I want'.
