    O/T Has naebody telt them?.

John Nelms in the Courier on Friday,"Scottish football's chequered financial past is making it difficult to attract financing for the new stadium."

Surely to phuck the Funsters have informed the Texan's that they still have not paid Barr Construction for the two stands behind the goals at Dens and left creditors in the lurch for over 26 million pounds?.He also mention's that the council's help may push this over the line so i would guess that he was never informed that we the council tax PAYERS of the city are due thousand's of pounds which remain unpaid due to ADMIN 1 and 2.
I honestly believe that Nelms and the Keyes family are very intelligent people so i must surmise that they have not been informed of the catastrophic events in the years of our lord 2003 and 2010,FACT.

And what makes me laugh is that IF the stadium ever gets built they will be TENANTS.

I think Nelms and the Keyes group have to come to terms with the FACT that they havnie taken over at Milan or Inter its the Funsters they have threw the hedge fund at.This country's councils are funded by a foreign power and we have massive shortfalls in all area's .Dundee City Council has made massive cutbacks year on year to services across the city and even if they wanted to they are in no position to financially help a club who has shafted them in the past,TWICE,FACT.

It is not beyond the realms of possibility that DCC will put money into this project in the hope of a return. I think there are elements that have been put into the project to attract such investment that im sure will not come into being.

Nelms has also admitted when he speaks to potential investors he does not tell them that the stadium will be used solely by Dundee FC ,he tells them it will be a multi use facility to be used by all(Does that mean an AstroTurf surface?)and he also of course tells them that a hotel and a place to burn the dead will be part of the plan.
If Dundee City Council were to be involved in some capacity i would think burning the dead would appeal to them because the Cremy in ardler goes like a fair and its so easy to end up standing with mourners from the wrong funeral.
