These so called “offences” should now be treated on the basis of what the climate was like at the time they took place and not by the “Hyper Snowflake” standards of today.
As I said on another post.....there has to be a statute of limitations on this sort of stuff put in place.

To wait 20 years to flag up a hand on the knee is beyond ridiculous.
It’s not as if Boris has not been high profile during this period......this is a deliberate ploy by someone with a political agenda.
